Originally founded in 1972, APHL  focused on seniors’ housing. We eventually grew to include services for co-op, non-profit, condominium and privately owned properties.  We offer property management, consultation and advisory services, and also assist with real estate development.
For over 45 years we’ve helped housing organizations succeed. Our knowledgeable management and staff remain committed to the APHL tradition of providing quality services. Whether you are looking for complete property maintenance and financial services, or are simply interested in training for members of your board, we can help.
Our organizational training and consulting includes financial management and assistance for boards to navigate complex governance, bylaw, and policy issues.
Our property management offers day-to-day management services, renovation management, data analysis, rent collection, maintenance, repair services and more.
Our real estate development service offers the complete package of services: vision setting, financial planning, land search and acquisition, design facilitation and renovation / construction management. Our development goals are to assist community groups or private owners to be successful in property development and operations.
